To support the development of outstanding early-stage technology startups in Taiwan, KPMG Anhou Jianye Joint Accounting Firm has collaborated with Startup Gathering to organize the “2024 KPMG Taiwan Tech Innovator” competition. This competition invites representatives from various renowned VC, CVC, and acceleration programs to form a judging panel. Through written applications and pitch demonstrations, the best technology startups will be selected. On August 9th, during the final pitch session, the TPSC startup won high praise from the judging panel due to its highly feasible business model and advanced technologies related to perovskite minerals. The startup achieved fifth-place overall in the competition.
T{SC performed exceptionally well during its first participation in the competition. This not only indicates that the company’s innovative technologies have received praise from several well-known venture capital investors, but also suggests that the judges believe that TPSC’s commitment to developing autonomous technologies for perovskite solar energy conversion is a promising approach. With the increasing awareness of energy independence, it is expected that TPSC will encounter numerous opportunities in the near future.

The top five startups will get the opportunity to participate in the Pitch Demo session at 2024 Meet Taipei – KPMG Startup and Innovation Expo. They will also be given priority access to events like KPMG Meet & Match and KPMG Startup Boot Camp. With KPMG’s global network of partners and influence, these startups can connect with the world and explore opportunities in overseas markets.
